What you need to do

• Contact us for an application form (or you can download one at www.indigoskills.co.uk)
• Complete the form with all relevant information.
• Have 2 passport style and size photographs taken
• Copy a recent utility bill confirming your name and address
• Send us your NCPLH Certificate
• Send all the above to us by post and include payment by cheque payable to indigoskills Ltd for £130.00 +  VAT (£152.75)

 

What we will do

• Obtain a Criminal Records Bureau check on your behalf
• Complete your Personal Licence Application form
• Notarise your passport photograph
• Complete the Declaration form
• Pay the fee to your Licensing Authority

 

indigoskills cannot guarantee that your application will be successful. Any applicant for a Personal Licence to sell or supply alcohol must meet the following criteria:

• Be over the age of 18
• Possess an accredited licensing qualification (e.g. HABC NCPLH)
• Not have had a Personal Licence forfeited within the last 5 years
• Not have any unspent ‘relevant’ or ‘foreign’ criminal offences on their criminal record
